During and after COVID-19 there will be tremendous pressure on the housing market. In September of 2020, the limit on small claims court was increased to $20,000. Now it is possible to have your dispute heard in small claims court. Typically, the time-frame is much shorter for hearing these cases and you will have your outcome sooner.
